Often, it can be difficult to visit a new church. We know you have many questions, and we want you to feel completely comfortable and at home when you visit The Church at 242. Below, you will find some frequently asked questions about The Church at 242.
What time is your service?
We have Sunday School at 9:30 am, and our Sunday morning worship service is at 10:30 am.
How should I dress?
Above all else, we want you to feel comfortable. We are delighted that you have decided to join us, and we want you to be focused on worshipping the Lord Jesus Christ rather than on what you are wearing. Most in our congregation prefer to dress casually, but if you would like to dress in your “Sunday Best,” you will not feel out of place. The most important thing to us is that you are here worshipping with us.
What do you have for my kids?
We have nursery, preschool, and children's Sunday School classes.
What about a student ministry?
We have a wonderful student ministry for those in 7th - 12th grades. Our students meet for Sunday School at 9:30 am on Sundays, and also on Wednesday evenings at 6:30 pm.
